Based in the heart of the Scotland we have over 35 years experience in the sourcing, importing and distribution of incredible ingredients from around the world. We supply the food services, manufacturing and retail sectors with produce from far and wide.  


Whether it be dried fruits, nuts, pulses, all sorts of baking ingredients, candied fruits, purees, herbs and spices, natural extracts or a range of truffle products - we can source it. 


Founded by Duncan Turnbull, Food Trades is borne out of a passion for supplying good quality ingredients and excellent global produce to our UK customers in an efficient and professional manner.
